Peel off the back strip and firmly press the pad onto the center of your underwear.

Secure the wings around both sides of the underwear to prevent any shifting during movement.

After use, carefully place the soiled pad in the disposable pouch, then peel off the adhesive strip at the top before sealing it back and disposing it in the waste bin.
